The Q box itself, the power cable and remote. REMOVE YOUR VIEWING CARD BEFORE SWAPPING THE BOX.
Make sure you get the same back - the power supplies can be different between boxes so it's important to check you get one that fits the replacement box. If there's no replacement remote, don't worry, keep your existing one and you can pair it to the new box.
