Sky Q boxes are loaned to you and Sky will repair or replace them if needed. What's the issue with your box?

Hi @Topsy3   All Sky Q boxes are on loan, with Sky maintaining their own equipment free of charge, including replacing it if required. It needs to be returned to Sky if you cancel your subscription. Yes it does need to be insured (but not worth it), if you accidentally damage it.
