Buffering issues with Disney +
Hi ,
is anyone having any issues when watching Disney +? I noticed recently that it keeps showing the blue circle and on occasions going to a blank screen and stopping mid way through an episode. Not sure if it is due to the recent bad weather we have been having (winds and heavy rains, storm Bert and storm Collan) but unable to enjoy the programmes because of it ☹️

Re: Buffering issues with Disney +
Disney + app comes over the internet, not via your Sky Q dish.
Try rebooting your router and do a refresh apps on your sky Q;
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
- Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
- Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Me too. Has only started happening recently and is clearly a widespread issue. Why aren't Sky doing anything about it?
