Buffering between main sky box and sky q mini box

I want to talk to an engineer but gave up after holding on for 50 mins. So much for your excellent customer service !

You won't talk to an engineer - they may be able to send one though.

 

But you're not contacting Sky here - just other customers.

 

Is it a new issue?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Same  - all I want to do is speak to an engineer and haves waited 50 or 60 minutes then given up!

Again, you'll only get to speak to an engineer when one who you've booked comes to your home.

But how do I book an engineer? I keep going round in circles when I try to do so!
