I believe multiroom for BT is an additional cost.  Who do subscribe with?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@Edwing as @PandJ2020 says if you subscribe direct to BT for BT sport then ythey charge an additional £6 to watch on a second screen and an additional charge to watch in HD.

If you subscribe to BT sports through Sky then watching on an additional screen is included in the subscription as is HD.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
