Broken sky a box

Hi I have had issues with my sky connection for weeks. I know a engineer he had a look and he says the hard drive is broken on my main box

You'll need to contact Sky where they'll probably arrange a doorstep box swap. Don't forget to remove your viewing card from the faulty box before DPD take the old box away.
