Broke sky box

Hi my sky box is broke it's saying disc drive error and hasn't worked for 5 days now

@Kane+g  Follow the steps here, if it still doesn't work there is a link to order a new Q Box.

 

When the replacement box arrives the courier will take the old one away, please remember to remove the card from the old box as you'll need it for the new box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
