Broadband issue with Sky Q
Hi,
I am having issues downloading content from catch-up and box sets etc. It will start and then halfway through a message will say that I either don't have a subscription or network error.
My setup is as follows: My router is based in an office upstairs in my house as I needed wired internet for work and was installed when I didn't have Sky Q. My Sky Q box is downstairs in a TV room and a mini box is in a room adjacent with a booster box the engineer installed halfway between. I never have any issues watching the sky in both rooms as I assume this is because of the booster box. However, not being able to download programs is becoming more and more frustrating. I suspect the reason is that the router is too far away from the Sky Q box even though I do get a signal on all other devices and I can use Netflix and Amazon Prime apps on Sky Q without any issues. I've been told that using a mesh system which I was using before I got Sky Q will interfere with the Wifi signal that connects the two boxes.
Is there any other solution for this?
