Cannot guve paramount plus my bank details

I have 1 year free to paramount plus with being a VIP it's accepted my email address but come to pay with various cards and PayPal and it will not work saying card declined on all cards and PayPal says error I have rang my bank and my cards are fine

Yes do it through the email not my sky tv
