Over the past 3 years (since a house move) we have had problems with sky broadband dropping out and have had at least 8 phone calls and 5 engineer visits the last of which was Saturday 26th of September 2024, also my sky Q keeps dropping out sound and pictures when streaming apps. (This does not happen on smart tv ) which I have been suffering with for at least the last 6 months. I dread having to tell the same story again (and again and again) to the various people I know I will get transferred to only to be back here again after yet another friutless visit. Does anyone know of a way to contact management or supervisors to try and get these issues sorted ? I have been with Sky for 21 years but am starting to. Think these problems wil never be sorted and maybe the only way is a change of supplier.
