Brassic season 5 not downloading

Season 5 won't download. It's not my internet or the sky box as I can download other programmes. Can anyone help?

I can download the new series of Brassic but I am having issues with slow downloads and queuing of the next episode. I have to manually start downloading the next episode instead of automatic downloads starting which is the same for the rest of my on demand content. It may be an issue with this particular series as it's not happening with any other downloads?

I'm having issues with season 5 aswell I can watch the first 4 on my sky glass then when I go to continue watching it said currently unavailable please try again later. Been saying this for days now and it's anoyying.

I phoned Sky this morning as I have all episodes of season 1 and seasons 3-5 but only 2 episodes in season 2. Was told there's an ongoing bug with the coding, been going on for months and no estimate on when this will be fixed. This was after going through the usual 'troubleshooting' for about 45 minutes 🙄. Really not good enough Sky!!
