Box update

My sky Q box does its daily update about 6am every day.

Its been like this for as long as I can remember. 

With my new job I'm now up earlier and like to watch tv while I have a cuppa. Unfortunately this isn't possible as, due to the update, I can't watch tv till after 6am.

Its like this every single day.

How can I change the time of the update so it happens in the early hours?

Hi @Amyc628   You need to check your Standby Settings You should note that it is not an update, it is just a reboot.

It's not an update, the box is just waking up from Eco Mode. It goes into Eco Mode from 02:45-05:45 to save power. You can't change the time but you can disable it, see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-standby-settings 

Active Mode would be best so the box still goes into normal standby when not used but will not go into Eco mode overnight.
