@ANDREW338 silly question but can you confirm you are connected to the internet and your Q box is showing as being connected

if you are then

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

 

are you getting any error messages
