i have paid to watch eubank v smith and I'm unable to watch in UHD

I am unable to access Smith vs Eubank it says you have already purchased this  and does not let me access with my pin please help?

Purchased fight and enter pin and saying already purchased

We've called Sky and they are saying they're aware of the issue and trying to fix it!

Having the same issue on my Sky Glass and also my Sky Stream Puck. 

i was watching earlier but now it says "event has already been purchased". No option to click "watch". Tried "continue watching" from the home & sports pages and it returns to this page.
