Box not

Wifi ok box connected but says hardware problem have looked in to this says box needsreplacing

I have an issue the sky q box keeps crashing and on recording it's sticks screen goes black I need a replacement

Thanks I just spent several hours trying to get through today .. I am seriously thinking of cancelling the service after 20 plus years . Sky don't seem to give a joy for its customers .. was thinking of switching broadband and mobile not now that won't be happening not until I can see massive improvements and of course I don't Chuck sky ... very frustrating
