Box not working properly
Hi, I am unable to record or download anything on my box, I cannot rewind or fast forward either. This has been for the past couple of weeks. I have tried unplugging, restarting box but this hasn't fixed the situation. Please can someone get back to me asap regarding this matter as I am paying for a service that is not working. Thank you

@Harry2013 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
