Box not connecting to wifi

I have sky broadband and sky TV but I cannot get the TV to connect to the wifi. I've tried everything on the help pages. When we click reset it will reset and then when we click continue to confirm connecting to a new broadband it does not let us click this button (nothing happens).

I have similar issue with BT broadband to Sky Q Box. This has been working fine for years until this week where the sky box will not hold internet connection. I can select BT router and enter password, I get the ticks for connected but within 30 seconds the sky box has dropped signal

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
