Box exchange

Hi, we arranged a new sky q bix because our is faulty. Our order confimation said a new box was ordered and to use the same packaging to send our back. No problem.... We have just had a text saying the dhl delivery man will drop off and pick up at the same time. Our problem is we're both at work at the mid day delivery time. My question is will they still drop the new box off and let us return to faulty box later. Via a dhl drop centre. Thanks Tom

No. Someone needs to be present to swap the boxes over. A courier will not leave a box without taking one away with them.

Also, remember to remove the viewing card from the unit being returned, and check for the presence of a power supply unit for its replacement (this is sometimes in a second layer of packaging)
