Book an engineer and billing

Hi, 

I had open reach install sky broadband and I need to book an engineer to come out to install my tv. Also I have a query regarding billing.

Just confirming that it's Sky Q tv that you have? If so, you'll need to give Sky a call to arrange installation (we're a customer Community, so can't help you with that).

You can ask Sky about your billing at the same time, or someone here will try to help if you post some details of your query.
