Book an engineer Ireland

I am unsuccessfully trying to book a Sky Engineer to come to my house to fit an issue we've had before where our sky box will not come off standby. I was able to do this before online but can not find any link etc. Can someone please provide. I need to get this resolved ASAP

I don't know whether you can arrange online. If you need to call Sky Ireland then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.
