Blue screen on Q mini box

Our sky mini box is showing just a blue screen, saying connecting to your sky Q box, issue is that the main box is upstairs, mini box in living room (the installer said that's how they did it, but we now have no choice but to pay for multi room) I've rebooted the main box as per instructions I saw on here, the main box works fine, I then did a re boot on the mini box in the living room, but it's still a blue screen, anything else I can try ? Thanks
