Blue light

I am disabled so up most nights early morning? Sorry. ,  this bloody blue light every time I turn on this light comes on only early hrs of day approx 4 am this takes around a min then there is no tv waiting for ?  So annoying MIGHT GET RID OF SKY WITH ALL THE ISSUES  such as most adds take up what your watching plus every thing AMERICAN  now they own sky plus nothing but repeats day in day out!  Plus every program a box appears DO WANT TO RECORD OR WATCH FROM START BLOODY ANNOYING LET ME CHOOSE.

@Big+ron 

Although it's usually 0545 not 0400 it may be that your standby settings are on eco mode. Change it to None.
