Blue light is not being displayed

Should there be a blue light showing on my sky q box?

Hi there. A solid blue light on a Sky Q box typically indicates that the box is receiving a signal and is in use. If the blue light is pulsing, along with a red standby light it may indicate a problem requiring a box restart or even a software update.
