I am just getting a black screen when I click on a Chanel. The blue Home Screen works but no picture when I chose a Chanel. Any ideas?

Hi @Kellyb2121 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
