I got sky q and two mini boxes..I was told by installer I had sky cimena/ movies free for a month..This was done two days ago..I now see on my bill to be paid next week I'm.been charged 20 euro for it..Spent 2.5 hours on the phone to them yesterday ad the sky q will not record but can from the mini box to record on main box..Also I used voice control and just Saif movie Private Ryan it came up and I downloaded not knowing until following day I purchased it..I did not gey any notification to tell me this.
