Being asked to upgrade when I’m already subscribed

When watching a recording on Sky comedy channel, I’m being asked to upgrade my subscription  but I have Sky comedy in my package. I can watch Sky Comedy live no problem but not as a recording! I could watch recordings yesterday but not today!

Called the number that was on the screen, got a very helpful chap who talked me through a few options like turning off for a minute which didn't work but he did something on his end that fixed the problem. So no further issues.

Hi @Steve+Ayrshire   Just checking that you are not trying to watch in HD without a HD subscription?

Hi

 

it is in HD and I have a HD subscription. I can watch it live, it's just from a recording. I was half way through the program earlier today and it was when I went back to it this evening!
