Because of a technical issue, your download couldn’t be completed

Hi, I had Sky Q installed today (upgraded from Sky+ HD).

 

Everything seems fine. I recorded Manhunt on Channel 4 earlier and it's recorded okay.

 

I'm now trying to download SAS Rogue Heroes but I'm getting the following error message:

 

Because of a technical issue your download couldn't be completed. Please try again again later.

The box is connected directly to the router, and is connected successfully to broadband. I've also tried unsuccessfully watching Lockerbie: A search for truth. I get the same error.

Hi @Ade+Fowler Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Thanks mate. That seems to have worked.

 

The solution seems pretty obvious now, but I wasn't expecting to do that literally an hour after it had been installed.
