Bad tv signal

Hi my tv signal keeps dropping out pixelating and occasionally saying no satellite signal on both boxes

May require an engineer visit...  (Assuming you have your own dish)

First thing to check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.
