Discussion topic: cannot watch channel 4 and drama etc on record, it says we don’t have a subscription ?

I have recorded hollyoaks and my dad had recorded a series on drama, we watch them every night and then all of a sudden we've gone to watch them and it says we need a subscription to watch them? anyone help?

Hi @doublesix123 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
