Bad pixelating and repeated loss of internet signal and having to reset password.

I am having to reset my internet password at least 9 times a night.  It says loss of internet signal, but my broadband is working full strenth on my iPad and phone when this happens.  I am also getting pixalating on the New Samsung TV when usung Sky but not on TV terestial.  A local  engineer has indicated that this may be problem with the SkyQ box.  I have had this box for over 15 years. Help

Q was released in February 2016, so it's not quite ten years old.

Pixelation only on live satellite television is typically an issue with the dish or dish cabling.  If it's on both live television and on-demand then the most likely culprit is the HDMI cable.
