Loss of signal

We have contractors in to do work on the house. They took down  dish will put it back up since there are no signal
i can Sky help me? This? Do they charge to get relined

Sky will charge you about £65 but a least they'll have the correct equipment to make sure it's put back correctly and the satellite signal is the best possible.
