Backup Button

Hi,

I am getting an automated message when I call Sky. The message tells me to push the backup button on my SkyQ remote to remove the message. Where is this button??

I cannot get past this automated message to talk to anyone at Sky.

I can see messages from Sky in the My Sky app, but cannot delete the message. I cannot see messages from Sky on my TV screen when I go into My Sky using my remote. Does anyone know how I can view messages on my TV?
