BBC 2 no signal for 2weeks (not down to storms, IYV4 now pixelated and cannot watch snooker or Rugby. acnot talk to anyone and BOT unhelpful so may as well cancel.

@Chubbster ”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV. A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.
If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Thank you, not from TV but only when on BBC2 channel. I will follow instructions on your link. I am not wiping the recorded items again as I have donethis 3 times in the past, different sky boxes and lost everything but did not fix problem
