BBC1 and 2

For the last few days I've been getting pixelation and micro sound drop outs, but it seems to be only on BBC1 and 2. Not sure about BBC3 and 4.

I've rebooted the box a couple of times, amd the signal strength/quality is 60/90

Haven't noticed it on any other channels.

Any ideas?

@Tigerhawk63  Which BBC region are you in as  it may help identify if it's a transmission issue affecting a specific transponder.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Tigerhawk63  BBC 1  HD Yorkshire & Lincs are on the same tramnsponder as BBC 2 England, CBBC & BBC Three share that transponder so could be a uplink issue just on those channels if no others are affected.

Can you confirm that no other channels exhibit this issue?

Re: BBC1 and 2

I haven't noticed any other channels being affected.  IIRC I first noticed this last Tuesday (24th) when I completely lost BBC1 and 2 for a few minutes, getting the no satellite signal error, though ITV1, C4 and C5 were working perfectly.

Different channels, different frequencies, affected differently by dish alignment

@Tigerhawk63   This chart illustrates how accurate the dish position has to be with respect to the central optimal beam position.
