Anyone else noticed awful quality BBC broadcasts of pre-recorded content like Celebrity Masterchef or Antiques Roadshow via Sky Q? It's as if it has a really low frame rate/bit-rate, jumpy, headache-inducing and largely unwatchable. It doesn't seem to affect live broadcasts such as the news or sporting events like The Hundred or The Olympics. Feels like the BBC are broadcasting the low quality streaming version via Sky satellite, not what I expect from old fashioned over-the-air broadcasting. It's not every programme, interestingly Celeb Masterchef is being made available on iPlayer prior to the air date/time, not sure if this is the common link.
I've submitted a complaint to the BBC about it, but I feel Sky should be looking into this too.

No issues here with Masterchef at least.

Masterchef and Antiques Roadshow have a film effect (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_look ) which makes the picture look juddery like a drama or film, rather than traditional smooth video. It should really look the same whether you're watching on Sky, Freeview, Virgin or any other system.
