BBC iPlayer on SkyQ

I don't know if anyone can help please.
Everytime I go into BBC IPlayer app from my Sky Q it asks me to sign in again.
Then I get a screen saying scan this QR code - no QR code appears just blank.

OR, Activiate my device with the six-digit number - which simply spins, I never get the number?
I have tried app refresh and I've tried software update - neither makes any difference.
I was able to sign in using my remote and enter my email address (everytime!), but that doesn't work either now?
It worked perfectly for years and then when we moved house two years ago it stopped? Its the only app that has, everything else is fine. 
I've tried contacting BBC - they've never responded to me!
I've also tried setting up a new BBC account - makes no difference.

I am having exactly the same problem. What is the advice to solving the issue.

Sky took me through a whole load of checks which eventually resulted in a new Sky Q box.
It did not fix the problem.
Nothing has. 😞

I have a similar issue. Not quite the same but can't play any content. Gave up and I just use the TV app instead.
