Since yesterday we've been having issues with BBC iPlayer app on a Sky Q box. If playing a series, it struggles to load the next episode - it either buffers for a while, or it pops up with a 'Somethings Gone Wrong Error 02050'. Googling the code, it says to update the firmware, but not sure how to do this on the Sky Q box - surely its updated automatically?
Can anyone help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Abk07 Have you tried unpugging the SKy Q box for a few minutes and then plug it back in Does this resolve the issue?
The next optioon is to refresh apps within the Sky Q settings menu.
