I have lost signal to BBC 2 for over 6 months now. It is the only channel with no signal. I have all other BBC Channels. It works on my Sky Go perfectly but not on my Sky Q or Sky mini. I live in an apartment and share my dish. Why is this happening? Do i need an engineer?

As my post states it could be just one or two channels. Your management company will be responsible for arranging an engineer. It might be worth checking if any neighbours are also experiencing issues as well.

Re: BBC 2 appears on Sky Go but no signal on Sky Q?
No signal or no satellite signal?
A message displaying ”no signal” tends to be from your TV.
A message displaying “no satellite signal” relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check the troubleshooting in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
As you are connected to a communal dish you’ll need to liaise with you building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
Note: A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

Re: BBC 2 appears on Sky Go but no signal on Sky Q?
@Daniel0210 Thank you for reply. It says 'This channel is affected by the satalite signal'. Would this normally be only one channel? I will check with the management company. Should i request an engineer to call out? how can i do that?
thanks
