BBC 1 NW again not accessible.

Some days ago BBC1 HD became unavailable - I boooked an engineer visit but cancelled when problem seemed to rectify itself.

Then picture started to break up and now get message that noot available due too problem wiith satellite signal

Should I book engineer visit again?

Hi @GerardMu Try placing the SKYQ box on standby, then turn the power off at the socket, make sure that the two cables from the satellite dish are firmly connected to the rear of your SKY Q box, then restart your SKYQ box?

I would book another engineer visit even if the fault is intermittent. The channel will keep coming and going until the underlying fault is resolved.
