When my main sky q box has full Wi-Fi connection and I connect the mini via the Ethernet my main sky q box loses all on demand services and the the 2 sky q boxes won't connect. I never had this issue when I had sky broadband, this only happened now I have bt broadband.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@WebbieJHave you set it up again since you changed to BT as 3rd party ISPs connect very differently to Sky. If you have any BT discs make sure you are not trying to connect to them by WiFi.
Also the mini boxes using Sky's mesh can clash with BTs 5Ghz channel if they are both on channel 36 so move the BT 5Ghz channel as far away from this as possible.
Here is information on how to set up Q devices, if you want to look through it again.
