Audio issues with apps through Sky Q

No audio trying to watch Netflix and Disney+ tonight through my Sky+Q box. Background audio is loud and clear but voices are muffled. Ive made no changes to any of my settings. Just refreshed the apps but really annoying when I've come home from work to settle down and watch something.

What happens if you change your audio output to Normal?

If i watch through my TV its fine

I've just unplugged everything and rebooted and audio seems to be restored.
