Audio cutting out for a second randomly when watch though sky q box

When watching any content via the sky Q box the sound will cut out for a second then be OK for a few minutes then cut out again the time inbetween cut outs is totally random I've tried reseting and no help. It's on latest software I've tested the tv and works perfectly so has to be the sky box deleted most of the downloaded content, removed connected devices etc Any one resolved this issue just started to happen Thanks

I had this just this morning on amazon prime. New problem. Not tested it on any other content yet.

Same thing happening to me too for the lat week. Tried bootong and software is up to date not sure what to do????
