Attention

Hello, I have issues with my account. It got my old address on it but I live in different address. The WiFi is also bad that I can hardly use it.

As you've posted on the Sky Q board presumably you have Sky Q. Did you arrange a Home Move through Sky when you took your equipment to your current address?
