Atrocious coverage

For several weeks now my sky box and mini boxes have lost service, frozen, blanked out while using apps and just downright not worked. 

almost guaranteed every single day I need to hard reset each Sky box in our home because something has gone. The first I attempted to resolve this I received a sales pitch with absolutely zero help on how to fix the issue. 

the second attempt was better but still was being sold the world with Sky. The issues continue to arise daily and at this point it is downright shambolic. For the money paid by customers like myself to receive such horrid service in return is unacceptable.

Have they had you do a settings reset on the main Q box to see if that calms it down?
