Missed Sky Q replacement delivery. DPD not giving option to rearrange

Ordered a replacement Sky Q box as the one I had the hard drive failed. 

 

I was told the courier (turns out to be DPD) would be in touch with a delivery date. In facy I was given 2 hours notice of delivery and I didnt pick he email up until my Ring doorbell went off so couldnt re-arrange

 

Conversation with the delivery driver went along he lines of I cant leave it I will leave a card to arrange re-delivery. This then translates when I go onto DPD website that I refused the equipment and now being sent back to SKY.

 

Question is how do I re-arrange without having to do the whole 1 hour call thing with SKY?

The courier won't do the box swap unless the faulty box has already been disconnected and is ready to immediately swap on the doorstep. (Remember to remove the viewing card) You'll need to contact Sky to rearrange.
