Netflix membership on pause after renewal

Hi, I have recently renewed my Sky ultimate package, however Netflix is now not working. On Netflix all I get is the message "your membership is on pause" and telling me to add payment method. Asked Netflix and they said sky have ended the payment on the account, despite my renewal. They told me to sign out of the Netflix app on the sky box and log back in. This just gives me a message on sky saying the subscription is already included, with error code DSU_508.

Thanks I did all the switching off and removing viewing card stuff, didn't make any difference.

 

So I have to ring Sky?  Doesn't get picked up on here?
