Hi all, I'm rewatching GOT and I can access the whole thing via the app but when I go to watch it on the tv it's asking me to subscribe. Why is this?

hi @Sam2009 

Is it possible you are trying to watch the UHD version without the UHD add on, or  the HD version without the HD add on ?

If you don't have the UHD or HD add on, best to change the default in :

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

Hi again, it still hasn't worked. Moved to HD, managed to ask it to download and now it's saying to watch the download I have to upgrade. Can anyone help?

Hi @Sam2009 

You haven't specified if you have the Sky Q Monthly add on subscription for HD.

If you haven't you need to select SD in the settings.

Home - Settings - Preferences - On demand download format 

Set to SD
