Asking to return my mini box, which I'm keeping
Recently renewed my contract. Keeping everything the same (but at a cheaper rate). Now I keep getting asked to return my mini box, which I'm paying for

Hi @kentwi You are not paying for a Mini box, it is on free loan. However you may be paying the Multiscreen subscription.

I'm paying for multiroom, so therefore need a mini box to watch multiroom. If I send it back I'm paying for nothing

Many people pay the Multiscreen subscription without a Mini box. They use it to view on various devices, like phones, tablets, games consoles, computers etc.
With a bit of luck, somebody will be along shortly, to escalate your post to Sky.
