Asked to return equipment already returned
I've recently cancelled my broadband contract and had an email asking me to return the Sky Q Hub and Sky Booster - I have no idea what a Sky Booster is and the router, Sky Q box and Sky Box went back in December 2022 when I cancelled all TV services.
I've never used the Sky router as I have my own equipment hence it being returned upon cancellation of the TV aspect, I didn't think twice as it was just kicking around unused so it went in with all of that equipment.
I have the receipt email from Sky saying thanks for returning your kit on 24/12/2022 but it doesn't itemize what was returned.
A further FTTP order was placed in November 2023 but Sky were unable to provide this service after a month of back and forth and never sent out any equipment (with an email saying its cancelled and we may have sent a Sky Q hub already, this was not the case though). As a result i've gone with another provider for FTTP and cancelled my FTTC which has thrown this issue as the box was returned two years ago!
