Apps not working

My mini sky q box will not work and when I try to connect to apps it says I have no internet. My Netflix is showing in another language

@Son11 that seems to beto desperate problems the netflix problem  sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.

The non connection problem

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Then

Reboot the mini box
